SHIPPING POLICY

At Colly Pets Co., we understand how important it is to receive your pet supplies quickly and efficiently. That's why we've developed a clear and transparent shipping policy to help you understand our shipping process.

Shipping Timeframes: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. However, some orders may take longer to process if they require special handling or if there are any delays in obtaining the products from our suppliers.

Shipping Methods: We currently offer shipping through our preferred carriers, which may include Royal Mail, DHL, or FedEx, depending on the location of the delivery and the size and weight of the package.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the delivery location. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, and you will have the option to choose between standard and expedited shipping.

International Shipping: At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also cannot ship live animals or hazardous materials.

Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with your delivery, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses or any other errors on the part of the customer.

Returns: Please see our Returns Policy for information on returning products that you have purchased from our online pet shop.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Colly Pets Co., we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at CollyPetsCo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at CollyPetsCo@gmail.com to initiate the exchange process. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on sale items or custom orders.
